BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Care Team Manager to lead clinical care operations at the Niola Centre in Parkes. You will guide a team of nurses and care staff to deliver protected, person-centered care, mentor staff, and drive improvements in clinical practices.

The role is full-time with Monday–Friday shifts, salary and relocation sponsorship on offer. You will oversee complex care needs and support staff development within a supportive, values‑driven organisation.
