genU is seeking an experienced and passionate ICT Software Engineer to design, develop and enhance business-critical applications that support service delivery across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical excellence with purpose-driven work that makes a real difference.

What you'll do

- Design, develop and enhance secure, business-critical applications that support service delivery and operational excellence across genU.
- Lead cutting-edge software solutions from concept through to implementation, translating business needs into scalable, user-friendly outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality systems, integrations and digital improvements that create organisational value.
- Drive best practice development through technical leadership, architecture guidance,



security compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

- Experience developing modern web applications using ASP.NET, Angular and related technologies, with strong knowledge of web development best practices.
- Proven experience delivering complex software projects in agile environments, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), RESTful APIs and enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong understanding of contemporary development tools and practices, including Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems and database technologies.
