About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous Blockchain QA Engineer to join their fully remote team, operating virtually from Queenstown . This role is essential for ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our blockchain products and services. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with developers to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has a robust understanding of software testing principles, familiarity with blockchain technology, and proven experience in automated testing within a remote work setting. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, robust solutions in the fast-paced crypto and blockchain industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for blockchain applications and smart contracts.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using bug-tracking systems.
- Automate testing processes where possible to improve efficiency and coverage.




- Collaborate with developers and product managers in a remote environment to ensure product quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail in a remote setting.
