When you join the Finance team, you’ll be joining the cornerstone of our operations, providing crucial guidance and governance to support ARTC's strategic objectives. The team is actively engaged in internal planning to enhance our strategic planning, risk management, and decision-making processes.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded ManagementAccountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will provide accurateand timely management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysisto support business performance and decision-making. You will partner with keystakeholders to monitor financial results, identify risks and opportunities,support business cases and investment decisions, and ensure strong financialcontrols and governance. This is an excellent opportunity to contributemeaningful financial insights while helping drive continuous improvement acrossreporting,



processes and systems.

- Build strong stakeholderrelationships and provide trusted financial business partnering support.
- Deliver accurate and timelyfinancial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis to supportbusiness decisions.
- Maintain financial dataintegrity across general, project and works ledgers, systems and financialcontrols.
- Prepare monthly managementreports, including variance, trend analysis, forecasts and projectbudgets.
- Provide proactive financialadvice, identifying risks, opportunities and trends impacting businessperformance.
- Coordinate labour costreporting, including FTE coding and project labour allocations.
- Support grant, funding,regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
- Coordinate budgets, forecasts, variations and reportingsubmissions, including Board, Financial Governance
- Committee and FP&Arequirements.;
- Perform capital accountingactivities, including capitalisations, adjustments, disposals andasset/project reviews.
- Collaborate across Financeteams to deliver consistent outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide ad hoc financialanalysis and support statutory and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with ARTCfinancial governance, controls, policies and accounting procedures.

What do we want from you?

- Tertiary qualifications inAccounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
- CA/CPA qualification orworking towards qualified accreditation.




- Advanced Excel skills andexperience with Power BI reporting.
- Experience with reportingand financial systems.
- Postgraduate qualificationsin Business, Finance or Financial Systems will be highly regarded.
- Experience in construction, projectand infrastructure industry.
