Senior Recruitment Consultant (Mining & Resources)

Overview: Iron Cove Global is a leading executive search practice specialising in source and selection of key technical, leadership and executive talent for global mining, resources and energy sectors. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact technical and executive search mandates, build strategic client relationships and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage executive search assignments from inception to completion, including client engagement, search strategy development, candidate sourcing, assessment and placement;
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within the mining, resources and energy industries;
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the firm's client base and service offerings;
- Provide strategic talent advisory services to clients, including market insights, talent mapping and succession planning;
- Collaborate with internal team members to drive business growth and enhance the firm's market presence.

Required Experience

- Proven experience in executive search or recruitment, with background in mining, resources or energy sectors;




- Track record of successful technical and senior-level placements;
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships and deliver tailored talent solutions;
- Exceptional business development skills with a focus on identifying and securing new opportunities;
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities;
- Strategic thinker with the capability to provide high-level advisory services;
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
