This role exists to bring accuracy, pace and coordination to a busy media investment function, giving you exposure to large-scale campaigns, trusted partners, and a fast-moving national brand.

Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Senior Media Investment Manager, you'll support the planning, delivery and optimisation of TAB's paid media activity. Your work will help ensure campaigns launch smoothly, budgets stay on track, and stakeholders have confidence in media performance.

Specifically, you will;

- Coordinate campaign plans, timelines and media deliverables
- Partner with agencies to execute campaigns accurately and on time
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
- Support the in-house buying of performance media activity
- Prepare reporting, dashboards and post-campaign insights
- Track budgets, invoices and purchase orders accurately
- Support governance, approvals and regulatory compliance requirements

About the Candidate

You're organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple priorities. You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders, communicating clearly, and bringing a strong eye for detail.

Experienced in media planning, buying or campaign delivery

Strong capability in managing competing priorities and deadlines

Hands-on experience with Google and social ad platforms

Proven ability to build relationships with agencies and stakeholders

Ability to interpret performance data and identify key insights

Strong attention to detail across budgets, reporting and approvals

Excellent communication and coordination skills
