Deacon Recruitment is seeking a Senior Draftsperson for a residential drafting role in NSW. The position acts as the technical bridge between sales, estimating and production drafting to ensure accuracy and an efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential drafting experience, sales drafting/siting expertise, and solid communication skills. NSW experience is advantageous. This is a senior role with progression opportunities.
