About the Role:

The Business Analyst is a key role in enabling Uniti Group's technology and innovation agenda. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering and defining requirements, and translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications that enable the delivery of automation, AI, and technology solutions across Uniti Group businesses, including Wholesale, Retail, and CPaaS.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are well understood, prioritised, and delivered to achieve measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with business units, group functions, and technical teams to identify improvement opportunities, document current and future state processes, and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis across Group functions and Business Units
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams
- Map and document current-state business processes and design optimised future-state processes
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and high-impact opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Partner with technical teams to assess feasibility of automation and AI opportunities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, facilitating workshops and resolving ambiguities
- Analyse business and operational data to support decision-making and benefits tracking
- Support project planning, estimation,



and prioritisation activities across the technology portfolio
- Measure and track operational improvements and business value delivered through automation and technology initiatives

About you:

The ideal person for this role will have/be:

Experience & Qualifications

- 3-7+ years experience in business analysis, process improvement, or similar roles, ideally within technology-enabled environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA) highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements across the full delivery lifecycle
- Experience in business process mapping, analysis, and improvement (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma concepts)
- Understanding of automation, workflow, and AI technologies and how they can be applied to business processes
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ability to analyse data to support decision-making; experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL highly regarded
- Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Visio, or similar)
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and secure handling of business information
