Join Our Team as a Registered NursePermanent PartTime & Casual Positions | Start Date: Early November 2026Brand-New 180Bed Home Opening November 2026(This position is not eligible for employersponsored visas.)

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering safe, highquality, personcentred care. Under the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, RNs are central to ensuring each resident’s identity, preferences, culture, and goals are reflected in their care experience. You’ll mentor and guide Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants to consistently deliver care that upholds dignity, respect, and individualised support.

Competitive rate from: $55.32 per hour + super, plus applicable penalty rates and salary packaging benefits to help maximise your take-home pay.

What We’re Looking For

- Current, unrestricted AHPRA RN registration (Essential)
- Recent National Police Check (within 12 months) (Essential)
- Aged care experience (desirable)
- Genuine empathy and residentcentred approach
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A team-oriented team player
- Commitment to ongoing professional learning
- Wholeperson awareness (physical, social, emotional needs)
- Excellent timemanagement and digital competency
- Sound clinical judgment and problemsolving skills
