About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead the afternoon shift warehouse team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day forklift operations. You will coordinate stock movements, support production requirements and ensure the safe and productive flow of materials and finished goods across our sites.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, coach and support the Afternoon Shift warehouse team
- Allocate daily work and coordinate shift priorities
- Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts
- Manage loading, unloading, dispatch and stock movements
- Ensure timely supply of raw materials to production
- Support inventory accuracy and stock control activities
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate operational priorities
- Liaise with warehouse,



production and logistics teams to meet customer and production requirements

About you

- Previous Team Leader, Leading Hand or supervisory experience
- Strong forklift operating experience within a warehouse environment
- Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
- FMCG, manufacturing or distribution experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leadership style and commitment to safety.

- Monday to Friday
- 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
- Shift loadings applicable
