Operating under a modern dealership environment in Sydney’s St George area, our busy parts division supports both our retail customers and high-volume workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret customer and workshop requirements accurately using OEM electronic parts catalogues (Ford, Kia, Chery).
- Process retail and internal parts orders promptly and efficiently.
- Manage inventory control, including stock receipting, binning, cycle counting, and dispatch.
- Support workshop technicians to ensure smooth job flow and minimal downtime.
- Provide professional customer service over the phone, via email, and at the front counter.
- Assist with incoming stock deliveries and maintain a clean, organised warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter within an automotive dealership setting (OEM experience with Ford, Kia, or Chery is highly regarded).




- System Proficiency: Experience using dealership management systems (e.g. Pentana / ERAnet) and online parts catalogues.
- Customer Focus: Robust communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service for both internal workshop staff and external clients.
- Organization: High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and solid time-management skills.
- Licence: Current, valid Australian Drivers Licence.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical aspects of stock movement and inventory management.
