Leathwood is a growing commercial landscaping and maintenance business known for delivering high quality outcomes on complex, landmark projects across NSW and QLD. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to own the delivery of our landscape construction projects, from first mobilisation through to a client walking away happy.

This is a role for someone who's commercially sharp and unflappable under pressure, equally comfortable negotiating a variation, chairing a site meeting, developing a site team, or pulling a schedule back on track. You'll split your time between our Macquarie Park head office and being out on site across several live projects at once, backed by an experienced construction team and real autonomy over how you run your projects.

What you'll be doing

- Owning end to end delivery of landscape construction projects, from mobilisation through to handover
- Managing project budgets, programs and subcontractor relationships across multiple concurrent sites
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, chairing site meetings and following through on actions raised
- Identifying and managing variations,



administering contracts and overseeing quality control ahead of handover
- Keeping WHS front and centre on every site you run
- Coaching and developing the site teams working alongside you

What you'll bring

- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in construction, landscaping or civil infrastructure
- Degree qualified in construction management, civil engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
- A track record of running multiple concurrent projects, managing budgets, programs and subcontractors end to end
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and practical site safety management
- A current driver's licence and White Card, and you're willing to travel to sites regularly
