Palazzo Salato, the Love, Tilly Group’s ambitious 120-seat Roman-inspired trattoria in Sydney’s CBD, seeks an energetic Section Waiter to join its front-of-house team. You’ll deliver warm, refined service and demonstrate menu and wine knowledge in a premium casual setting.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, in-house WSET training, 35+ hours per week, and a supportive setting with growth opportunities within the Love Tilly Group.
