Barista Responsibilities

- Providing amazing customer service
- Creating the perfect cup of coffee
- Prepare and serve quality food and drinks according to Zarraffa's brand standards
- Cleaning and other duties as directed

Supervisor Responsibilities

- Providing support and guidance to the team
- Maintaining product and service quality
- Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
- Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers




- Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
- Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

- Taking "ownership" of the store
- Responsible for staff training and development
- Exceeding expectations in Customer Service
- Ensuring profitability of the business
- Showing a commitment to the brand, liaising with customers and suppliers
- Demonstrate an ethical purpose and compassion in the role
- Striving to create an individually perfect cup of coffee, every time
- Managing employee performance
- Ensuring effective communication with staff, customers, and stakeholders
- Motivating staff to be the best of their ability whilst creating a great work life balance
- WH&S; and Food Safety Compliance
- Product ordering and stock control
- A passion for the Zarraffa's Coffee brand
