LP's Quality Meats is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the Marrickville floor. This hands-on role requires working on the production line with knives, mincers, vacuum fillers, injectors, tumblers, smokehouses and vacuum packing machines.

You will organise a small team of 4–6, implement the production schedule and ensure quality, safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP procedures.
