The Chance

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in supporting the organisation's financial operations, reporting and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparation of monthly management reports and financial analysis
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting
- Financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end activities
- BAS, FBT and taxation compliance support
- Audit preparation and external auditor liaison
- Supporting cashflow, debtor and working capital reporting




- Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
- Assisting with process improvement and finance projects
- Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing finance function

About You

To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

- CA or CPA qualification (or nearing completion)
- 3-5 years' accounting experience
- Professional services, business services or financial accounting background
- Strong financial reporting and compliance capability
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting or management reporting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and grow your career
