Employment: Full time. Part time and flexible schedule, including school hours, may be considered

Award: SCHADS Award Level 3.4

Pathfinders is seeking a proactive and organised Resources Officer to join the team, based in Taree, Kempsey or Port Macquarie. Working closely with the Senior Resources Coordinator, the Resources Officer will help manage the operational requirements of Pathfinders properties, vehicle fleet and IT and communications assets.

This varied role combines asset coordination, compliance and administration and will suit someone who enjoys working across a range of priorities, solving problems and keeping systems and resources organised.



The successful applicant will have strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment. Previous experience in property management or fleet management is highly desirable. Travel throughout the region will be required.
