Expert360 is seeking an experienced Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager to coordinate governance, risk and compliance frameworks across the group. Reporting to the CFO and Company Secretary, the role is a hands-on individual contributor based in Sydney or Melbourne with no direct reports.
You will manage statutory registers, policy reviews, and risk registers, engaging with executives, external advisers and regulators as needed to keep robust governance and compliance records.
