What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
- Scheduling appointments and managing the practice calendar
- Responding to patient enquiries with professionalism, care, and empathy
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the team
- Working closely with doctors,
nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient flow
- Helping deliver an exceptional patient experience every day
About You
- Have experience in medical administration or a similar customer‑focused role
- Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service
- Can juggle multiple tasks while remaining calm and organised
- Have excellent communication and time management skills
- Are compassionate, friendly, and genuinely care about helping others
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in healthcare
