Location:Peppermint Grove, WA
Salary:$104,500 per annum, based on a 52-week annual salary
Roster: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, during school terms only

As Site Manager, you’ll lead catering operations across the boarding school and retail outlets within this prestigious all-girls college. You’ll inspire and develop a high-performing team, drive service excellence and ensure consistently high standards across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day catering operations, including rosters and functions
- Ensure catering services meet contract, quality and customer requirements
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Build robust relationships with students, boarders, staff and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve service, operations and customer experience





About You

- Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery and current Food Safety Supervisor certification
- Proven hospitality or catering management experience, ideally within education or boarding
- Strong experience planning and delivering high-end functions, banquets and exceptional food and service experiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team
- Strong operational, organisational and problem-solving skills, with excellent stakeholder management and communication
- A passion for delivering exceptional food, service and customer experiences
