As an Abrasive Blaster, you are the first line of defense in restoration and preparation. You'll be responsible for:

- Surface Transformation: Using high-pressure equipment to strip rust, scale, and old coatings from various structures.
- Equipment Mastery: Setting up, operating, and maintaining industrial blast pots, compressors, and recovery systems.
- Safety First: Suit up in top-tier blast gear and maintain a clean, safe workspace for the whole team.

- The Right Attitude: You're reliable, hardworking,



and don't mind getting your hands dirty.
- Physical Fitness: This is a demanding role that requires stamina and the ability to handle heavy equipment.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in ensuring every inch of a surface is perfectly prepped.
- Experience?: If you've got it, great! If not, don't sweat it. We are ready to train the right person from the ground up.
- License: A valid forklift licence would be highly regarded.
