Job Description

- Design, implement, and manage secure network solutions with a focus on SASE technologies.
- Monitor and optimise network performance to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and security-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with organisational security policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential threats.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls and VPNs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated on emerging network and security technologies relevant to the public sector.





The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Network & Security Engineer should have:

- Strong technical expertise in Fortinet SASE technologies and network security.
- Proven experience in designing and managing secure network infrastructures.
- Knowledge of firewall management, VPNs, and other security protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a public sector environment.
- Relevant certifications in network and security technologies would be advantageous.
