Programmed are currently seeking for Forklift Operators to join our client in Forrestfield. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a leading transport and logistics provider, with training and development opportunities across multiple areas of the business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

- Operating 2.5T to 5T gas forklifts
- Loading and unloading freight from transport carts, wagons, and trucks
- Handling general and oversized ("ugly") freight
- Load restraint activities
- Checking freight against delivery paperwork
- General warehouse housekeeping and manual handling duties
- Working safely in a busy transport and logistics environment

Available Shifts

AM Shift

- Start times between 3:00am and 8:00am

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated forklift operating experience
- Previous experience within transport, freight or logistics environments
- Ability to safely load and unload trucks and freight
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
- Reliable transport and availability for rotating rostered shifts
