Quest Melbourne Airport is seeking an experienced On-site Duty Manager to lead front office operations and guest experiences on a 5-day rotating roster. This hands-on role requires a full Victoria Driver’s Licence and RSA, with accommodation provided on-site.

You’ll stay on-site, attend after-hours calls seven nights a week, and have a transparent pathway into Assistant Manager or Hotel Manager roles across Quest’s 170+ locations, with competitive salary and staff benefits.
