Our Customer Support Agents liaise directly with our customers both over the phone and in writing, assisting them with their enquiries and various types of post-sales requests, ensuring every customerinteraction is at the heart of everything we do.

- Experience ina customer service environment and the ability to provide customers with the highest levelof customer experience
- Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service on all customer interactions
- Excellent complaint and conflict handling skills
- Highly empathetic with a professional phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
