Xpress Health in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) with recent Oncology expertise to lead the Oncology unit. The role combines clinical leadership with operational management, including rostering, supply management, and governance to ensure secure, patient-centred care.

You will oversee daily unit operations, mentor nursing staff, liaise with medical and pharmacy teams, and support ongoing compliance and quality initiatives. Immediate start with Monday to Friday duties.
