Analyst, Performance & Reporting (Consumer Cards)

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

- 2+ years' experience in portfolio management, product management, banking, financial services, payments or a related field
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of portfolio performance and business economics
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience developing reporting, performance analysis or portfolio management frameworks
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting capability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions
- High attention to detail and a commitment to reporting accuracy and data quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting and presentation development
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using reporting and analytical tools, with advanced Excel skills highly regarded
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce,



Finance, Economics or a related discipline
- Postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
