This is an exciting opportunity to join the Early Learning Consultancy Group Australia Pty Ltd as a Centre Director based in Pakenham, Victoria. As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing an exceptional early learning centre that provides quality childcare and outside school hours care services. This is a full-time position that offers flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of the children and families you serve.

What you'll be doing

- Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community
- Manage a team of qualified and passionate early childhood educators
- Ensure the centre meets all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Monitor and maintain high-quality standards across all aspects of the service
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre's policies and procedures

What we're looking for

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field




- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the childcare industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of educators
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with families and the community
- Passion for providing high-quality early learning experiences and a commitment to the wellbeing of children
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively under pressure
- Working with Children Check required before commencement of employment
