What will you be doing?

This role is central to the organisation, supporting the Hire Department in achieving their goals. You'll transport plant and equipment on a tilt tray, safely, on time and with a can-do attitude. That means completing pre-starts, securing every load properly, responding quickly to changes and keeping everyone updated along the way. When you say you'll be there, you're there.

- A current HR licence (or higher)
- Proven experience driving a tilt tray or similar, moving plant and equipment
- Confidence loading, chaining and tying down machines to the required standard
- A clean driving record and the right to work in Australia

This role is not for you if

We would rather be straight with you now than waste your time later. This isn't the gig for you if:

- You see pre-starts, chains and tie-downs as a box-ticking exercise. Every load gets secured properly, every time.
- You cut corners on safety to save a few minutes.
- You go quiet when things change. We need drivers who pick up the phone, reply to messages and keep dispatch in the loop.
