Two positions | Brisbane and Sunshine Coast

We are recruiting two experienced Civil Landscape Leading Hands for project delivery across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. These are hands-on roles for people who can lead a small crew, maintain productivity and workmanship, and support supervisors with safe, high-quality delivery.

Our teams work across complex, high-profile projects where safety, quality, programme and workmanship matter.

What you will do

Team Supervision: Lead daily work fronts and allocate tasks to a small crew, while staying hands-on across landscape construction activities.

Setout and Planning: Assist with setout, levels, quantities and sequencing, working to drawings and supervisor direction.

Site Travel: Move between project sites across South-East Queensland as project needs require, staying close to the work and the people delivering it.

Quality and Productivity: Inspect work regularly, maintain productivity and workmanship standards, and resolve issues straight away to avoid delays.

Safety Compliance: Work in accordance with SWMS, drawings and supervisor direction.

Training and Development:



Coach and support apprentices and less-experienced team members, building skills and safe work habits.

Documentation and Reporting: Complete daily site reports and equipment checklists, manage subcontractor dockets, and flag constraints, defects and material or equipment needs early.

Site Control: Keep the worksite clean and organised, with tools and materials properly stored and environmental controls followed.

About you

Strong practical civil or commercial landscape construction experience.

Able to lead a small crew while remaining productive on the tools.

Good understanding of setout, sequencing, workmanship and secure execution.

Construction White Card and current driver licence.

Reliable communication and ability to work within structured construction sites.

Highly regarded

Approximately 3+ years commercial/civil landscape experience.

Civil infrastructure experience and relevant plant tickets.
