We’re looking for twoAccount Managers for a busy, established Australian business with a recognised product range. Each role comes with an existing portfolio of accounts, plenty of opportunity to grow and the autonomy to make the territory your own.

You’ll be the person customers know and trust: visiting regularly, understanding their business, following through on what you promise and spotting opportunities others might miss.

We’re hiring across two Victorian territories: North West Melbourne and Geelong and South East Melbourne. Both roles include monthly regional customer visits.

What you’ll do

- Build strong, lasting relationships across your customer portfolio.
- Grow existing accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
- Introduce new products, promotions and merchandising initiatives.
- Provide practical product guidance and help resolve customer issues.
- Plan your customer visits and monthly country runs.
- Use the CRM to track opportunities,



record activity and provide helpful reporting.
- Share customer and competitor insights with the wider business.

What you’ll bring

You may come from hardware, plumbing supplies, building products, trade distribution or another customer-focused sales environment. What matters most is your ability to connect with people and grow a territory.

You’ll bring account management, territory management or B2B sales experience, along with the drive to make things happen. You enjoy a busy schedule, are confident using a CRM and have the energy and personality to build rapport with all kinds of customers.
