Adelaide
Distro-Tex is a proudly South Australian–owned powerline and electrical company with depots in Welland and Kadina. We specialise in Construction & Maintenance of Distribution Power Systems and AS3000 installations — work that keeps communities connected across the state.
We’re a tight-knit family company. Our people aren’t just a line on the org chart — they’re the reason we succeed. Without our team, we don’t deliver, and we run the business that way: looking after each other on the job and off it.
Our culture
Culture matters to us. We value team cohesion and make time to connect beyond the day-to-day — from an annual AFL Corporate Box and Christmas events, we will value you as a person, not just an employee.
The role
The role of Senior Systems Coordinator based at our Welland depot requires a hands‑on systems champion who will help build & shape how Distro‑Tex works day to day.
We’re transitioning our ERP from AroFlo to Simpro. You’ll drive and champion the development and adoption of Simpro alongside the senior management team — building procedures, templates, business workflows, structure and the system our business uses to quote, schedule and execute work as well as track the finanical progress of
Beyond Simpro, you’ll also own how we use other business systems such as Mitti (SafetyCulture) — this involves reviewing current frameworks, shaping how we capture WHS data, and helping us keep our people and equipment safe onsite. You’ll support Microsoft 365, Dropbox and Google Workspace too, and use real autonomy to recommend where we can consolidate, streamline and improve process consistency across the company.
This role suits someone with experience in systems enhancement and business improvement initiatives — someone who can work collaboratively across teams and influence outcomes without direct authority, bringing people with them rather than relying on hierarchy.
