Manager / Caretaker Housekeeper Apartment Hotel

We're looking for a hands-on Manager / Caretaker to oversee one of our 4-star apartment hotels in Melbourne. This is a live-in role.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations. You'll be involved in all aspects of the business, including:

- Managing caretaking duties and minor maintenance

- Overseeing housekeeping and front office tasks

- Liaising with Head Office and Owners Corporation

- Handling emergency calls during after-hours





You'll receive ongoing support and professional development from a Melbourne-based Regional Manager, giving you independence with structured guidance.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Manager / Caretaker / Housekeeper / Receptionist

- Solid organisational and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a genuine passion for hospitality

This role can be live-in but flexibility and a willingness to immerse yourself in all aspects of operations are essential.
