Clough Limited is seeking a Resourcing Advisor (Blue Collar) on a short-term contract in Perth. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for skilled and semi-skilled labour across high-volume construction sites, collaborating with site leaders and HR partners to forecast manpower needs and ensure timely mobilization.

Proven ability in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, solid communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel to project sites are essential.
