- 5–10 years of skilled .NET development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, Object-Oriented Programming, and the .NET Framework.

Solid hands-on experience with:

- Threading
- XML handling
- LINQ queries
- SQL Server (T-SQL, indexing, performance tuning)
- Classic JavaScript, DOM, async patterns
- Experience using Git, TFS, or similar version-control tools.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and code review processes.

Nice to Have Skills:

- Experience with .NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).
- Experience working with legacy codebases and modernizing them.
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps toolchains.
- BizTalk experience (basic).
