What Your Day Could Look Like

As a Nurse Practitioner – Emergency Department, you'll play a vital role in delivering timely, high-quality care for people across the region. From assessing and treating patients with complex acute needs to guiding clinical practice and service improvement, you'll work with a team-oriented team to achieve outcomes that matter for patients, families and the community.

- Endorsement, or eligibility for endorsement, as a Nurse Practitioner with current professional registration.
- Proven expertise in advanced assessment, diagnosis and management of acute and emergency presentations.




- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to quality improvement, research-informed practice and ongoing professional development.

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have additional postgraduate study relevant to emergency care and/or experience supporting clinical education, mentoring or service improvement initiatives.
