This is a unique role working for an Agency contracted to a global blue-chip Technology Company, HP. You will provide Level 1 onsite technical support, manage office supplies, and log service calls for the printing setting for one of the key customers.

Key responsibilities:

Represent the HP brand at the customer site.

Build and maintain relationships within all levels ofbusiness.

Stock supplies as needed at each assigned storage location on a proactive basis, regularly reviewing our suppliesinventory

Resolve hardware issues such as paper jam and print issues (including an end-user briefing on Deviceusage).

Assist with toner installation and recycling on a per-incidentbasis.

Assist in resolving IP and serial #discrepancies

Obtain usage and configuration reports from Devices as HP requested.

Provide initial troubleshooting of print problems and resolve a high percentage ofcases.

Update Device firmware, Device ID, and low-level configuration asrequired.

First pass diagnosis and support – break-fix without parts, siteanalysis.

Place, track, and manage HP service calls for devices requiring on-site support. Incidents may include failures, maintenance kit installation, general maintenance,



andbreakage.

Calls must be tracked to ensure the HP field is responding within established responsetimes:

Physically relocate printers within the same building with a trolley for printers when those are without wheels and push the printers that have wheels. (Within office hours. Any outside of hours will require priorapproval)

Allocation of spare Devices (within a specific building) to support the critical devices deployed there.

Report any customer dissatisfaction to the HP designated Account Delivery Manager.

Provide location and technical information upon request for Move AddsChanges (Service Requests).

Coordinate with HP any shipping or receiving ofdevices

Provide ad-hoc reporting as required

Skills / Experience:

Onsite training will be provided

The ability for self-management and motivation to run the week

Job Offer:

12 Months Contract (with possibility for extension)

Hourly rate: $35+ per hour (plus superannuation)

Requirements: Police Check

Start Date: ASAP, once the police check is confirmed
