The ACH Group Scheduling Team is seeking a full-time Scheduling Officer to join the team based at Mile End.What you'll do:Coordinate the scheduling of Nursing, Allied Health, Support Workers and Cleaners delivering services in customer's homesMaintain accurate and up to date information in various systemManage customer and employee queriesUndertake administrative dutiesTo be successful in this role, you will: Have solid rostering and scheduling experiencePossess skills to prioritise work and manage schedules in a volume environmentDemonstrate the ability to deliver high level customer serviceHave problem solving abilitiesComputer skills including MS Office and database experienceDemonstrate excellent communication skillsHave an outstanding attention to detailMust be available to work Monday to Friday primarily 8am - 4pm with flexibility to work some early morning, and late evening /weekend/public holiday work an occasionA satisfactory police clearance for working in Aged Care / with vulnerable, less than 12 months old before commencementIf you want to join our amazing team, we can offer you:Career development with inhouse upskilling and external learning opportunitiesFriendly and inclusive culture, supporting diversity and employee wellbeingFree on-site flu vaccination programFinancial advice for HESTA members,
