Victorian Convention & Event Trust (VCET) seeks an Organisational Development Advisor to build programs that develop leadership, capability and culture across both venues, including Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on the Yarra at South Wharf. The role may involve travel to Geelong from time to time and is in office 4 days per week with potential for two days of remote work after three months.
