Lucas Collective invites passionate Sommeliers to join the Noẽma opening team in Melbourne. This hands-on role focuses on exceptional wine service, cellar management and crafting memorable guest experiences from day one.

You’ll work with Loïc Avril and Yuki Hirose to lead artful wine programs across the group, with full time and casual opportunities available, including weekends and holidays.
