PWR is expanding its Australian team and seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for an initial 6‑month fixed term contract. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering, aerospace & defence, advanced manufacturing and specialist production roles.

Working closely with hiring managers and technical leaders, you will build pipelines, assess capabilities, and manage offers and onboarding while delivering an outstanding candidate experience aligned with PWR's values.
