Thiess is seeking a Manager, Health, Safety, Setting & Training to lead on-site safety, environmental programs and training initiatives on the Caval Ridge Project in the Bowen Basin.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will drive safety strategy, oversee a team, manage budgets, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and incident prevention across all site activities.

This role demands senior leadership, 3–5 years in a similar HSET position, and experience with open pit operations.
