About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Finance Controller, this role plays a key part in managing payroll and accounts payable, and strengthening financial accuracy and compliance across Iglu.

Key responsibilities include:

- Run the full payroll function, including reconciliations and reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations across the business
- Administer SAP Concur for expense reimbursements and staff training




- Act as first point of contact for payroll and creditor queries
- Support compliance with financial regulations

Do you have what it takes?

To be successful you will have the following skills and attributes:

- 2+ years' experience in financial accounting and payroll processing
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines accurately
- Strong Excel skills; experience with NetSuite, Definitiv or SAP Concur is highly regarded
- Ability to work autonomously as well as contribute within a team environment
- A related degree in accounting, finance or a similar field
- Thrives in a rapid-growing, hands‑on environment
- Full working rights in Australia
