Practice Manager — Respiratory Specialist Practice

Melbourne Interventional Pulmonology Group are a family-owned respiratory specialist practice with 5 doctors and 2 lung function labs across 2 locations. We're looking for someone who sees a growing and developing the practice as a chance to shape how things are done, not just keep it running.

We are a close-knit, family-run team, and that culture is non-negotiable — but we're not precious about "the way it's always been done." We're actively expanding referrals and our lung function services, embracing new practice management software and AI-enabled tools, and our doctors are working with cutting edge technology to improve patient outcomes, hence we need someone who'll bring fresh ideas to how we schedule, market and operate, not just execute the status quo.

The role

Based at our Box Hill location (with the flexibility to work from home one day a week if needed), you'll manage scheduling across our labs and clinics, lead procurement, assist in facilities management, and play an active role in our growth — by driving our marketing,



and helping us bring in new systems and ways of working. This is a role with real scope to make your mark, not just maintain one.

What we're looking for

Solid experience in practice management, ideally across multiple sites or a busy multi-clinician workplace — from any industry or specialty

A natural improver — someone who looks at a process and asks "could this be better?"

Comfortable with technology and genuinely keen to implement new software and AI tools (we use Gentu)

No respiratory or lung function background required — we're genuinely keen to hear from people bringing an outside perspective

Someone who wants to grow with us, and who values a workplace where people look out for each other as much as they push each other forward
