WesTrac seeks an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our Current Machines Workshop onsite at Tomago, NSW, ensuring safe assembly, commissioning and delivery of Caterpillar equipment to high standards. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate resources and collaborate with technicians to build a high-performing, safety-focused team.

You will drive productivity, quality and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment, delivering exceptional operational and customer outcomes.
