Reporting to the Direct-to-Consumer Manager, you'll be an integral part of Pizzini Wines as the supervisor of a skilled and energetic cellar door team.
Key responsibilities
This role is hands-on. Hosting wine tastings with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality. Sharing our wines, food offerings and Pizzini story
Production of the monthly rosters
Co-ordination of Pizzini's cellar door staff training program
Delivery of functions and events including small gatherings and larger weddings
Large event set up and pack down including for annual events such as La Dolce Vita and Weekend Fit For a King celebrations
Delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences
Driving wine sales and wine club memberships through authentic engagement
Maintaining cellar door presentation to the highest of standards
