Optus is seeking a Technical Specialist for Fixed Voice to operate, maintain and improve the Fixed Voice network infrastructure. You will work on Ribbon nodes and SBCs, handling fault management and complex outages in line with ITIL practices.

Key duties include monitoring KPIs with Grafana, performing upgrades, and contributing to tooling observability and OSS integration while collaborating with NOC, Network Enablement & AI Ops, and vendors.
