About the Role
We are seeking experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to be a part of creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. This is a part‑time position offering 15-25 hours per week, requiring flexibility to work during the week, weekends including evenings and public holidays in line with event schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain front and back‑of‑house areas to a high standard.
- Provide five‑star service with professionalism and strong attention to detail.
- Take accurate orders and ensure seamless service.
- Assist with wine service and table presentation.
- Ensure smooth, high‑quality function operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous F&B; experience in high‑end hotels or function venues.
- Friendly, positive and energetic disposition with exceptional presentation standards.
- Knowledge of wine and beverage offerings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise service and work under pressure.
- NSW RSA Certificate and working rights in Australia.

Position Summary
- Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
- Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guests' requirements
- Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings

Job Description
This is a hands‑on role which is focused on delivering exceptional service and experiences to our valued, loyal guests. You will have a strong presence in the operations, supervising a talented team.
You will
- Lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while adhering to menu knowledge, service standards, and dietary requirements.
- Provide guests and patrons an experience and setting that exceeds expectations.
- Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.
- Implement and establish on‑the‑job training programs for colleagues.
- Build strong, interdepartmental relationships in the Hotel.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or hospitality venue.
- All round Food & Beverage knowledge including barista & bar skills.
- A passion for leadership and strong communication skills.
- The ability to multi‑task and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work 38 hours per week on a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- A valid NSW RSA.
