ICT Team Lead at INTREC

Lead and continually improve the company’s ICT operations, networking and cyber-security posture across head office, satellite branches and construction sites. You’ll combine hands-on technical depth with people-first leadership to ensure every employee—from office staff to remote site teams—has secure, reliable access to the SaaS tools that power our projects.

Team & Service Delivery

- Manage the day-to-day responsiveness of the ICT service desk, setting SLAs and mentoring junior staff.
- Champion a customer-service culture that supports 150+ users across multiple time-zones and remote locations.

Network & Infrastructure

- Design, deploy and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and SD-WAN links for head office, depot facilities and temporary project sheds
- Administer firewalls, switches and routing with a focus on uptime, performance and security.

Cyber Security

- Run phishing simulations, vulnerability scans and patch-management cycles in line with ISO 27001 principles.

Identity & Access Management

- Architect and maintain MFA and automated life-cycle provisioning (SCIM/SAML/OIDC) across all SaaS platforms.

SaaS & Application Stack

- Administer Procore, Hammertech, CAT Digital, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Intune)



and mobile MDM.
- Coordinate integration points with Greentree ERP (bonus) and future SaaS adoptions.

Remote & Site Support

- Deliver rapid remote support via RMM tools; build “site-in-a-box” kits (4G/5G routers, ruggedised APs, tablets).

Projects & Continuous Improvement

- Lead ICT components of office relocations, current-site stand-ups and software rollouts using Agile/PMBOK best practice.
- Manage hardware/software asset registers, licence renewals and the annual ICT budget.
- Act as the primary escalation point for ICT vendors, MSPs and telecommunications providers.
- Prepare quarterly reports for senior management on KPI trends, risk posture and upcoming initiatives.

The skills we need

- 5+ years ICT support/administration, with 1+ year in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline OR TAFE Diploma/Advanced Diploma with equivalent industry experience.
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Security+, Okta Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, ITIL v4 (desirable)
- Proven cyber-security competence (e.g., Essential Eight, ISO 27001, EDR, SIEM).
- Solid administration of Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID) and Intune.
- Hands-on experience with Procore,



Hammertech or CAT Digital (or similar construction SaaS).
- Demonstrated success supporting remote and mobile workforces (RMM, MDM, LTE/5G back-up links).
- Okta (or equivalent IDaaS) configuration and automation – strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Greentree ERP or other mid-tier accounting systems – bonus.
- Working knowledge of ITIL practices and service-desk metrics.
