Central Apartment Group in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Manager / Caretaker to oversee one of our 4-star apartment hotels. This live-in role requires taking ownership of day-to-day operations, including caretaking, housekeeping supervision, and front office tasks.

You will liaise with Head Office and Owners Corporation, handle after-hours emergencies, and receive support from a regional manager while maintaining independence and hands-on involvement.
